publish the appendices in books

I noticed in a print edition of the Good New Bible with apocrypha, it had an appendix of NT references from the Septuagint. And I thought, how cool is that, but my Logos edition omits that. Why? Don't we pay enough for these books, and you leave things out? Put them back right now.
