More robust Personal Book inline links

Hello
The inline links with [[xxx >> xxx:xxx]] Milestones, Bible links etc. are very fragil. If the formatting is on a single place out of order. All links don't work. It would be better if Logos simply recognize the written [[xxx >> xxx:xxx]] than the style behind. A discussion is on https://community.logos.com/forums/t/219391.aspx
