Update citation options

Currently, the Turabian citation style is in its 9th edition, and current citation styles are limited to the 8th edition. It is still workable, but I do have to make manual changes to the citations each time. It would be great if Logos kept up to date with the latest style changes. My professors recently pointed out my out-of-date usage.
