Reference Scanner: Add page location detection

Please enable Reference Scanner to find a page location in a book and quickly navigate to it (if it's available in the user's library). For example, scanning page 72 of Wallace's Greek Grammar beyond the Basics should detect that location and allow me to quickly navigate to it.

"location" made me think of "geolocation"; e.g., similar to how Evernote will tag notes with the geolocation you wrote them. I would perhaps call this "physical page detection"?0
