Add "include Reference" to visual filter of Bible verse

Visual filters should have option Bible Reference and Bible Version appear at end of copied Bible verse, as is done in BibleWorks:
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matt. 7:13-14 KJV)

You should be able to accomplish this by creating the following custom Copy Bible Verses style:
%NoCharFormatting
%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation
=Header
<p>
=ForEachVerse
</p><p>[VerseText]
=Footer
([FullPassageRef], [Version])</p>
