Title may say "handbook" but isn't this really a grammar

Kelley, Page H., Terry L. Burden, and Timothy G. Crawford. A Handbook to Biblical Hebrew: An Introductory Grammar. Grand Rapids, MI: William B. Eerdmans Publishing Company, 1994.
This resource provides the answer key to a standard grammar. I don't think "handbook" is an appropriate type - it should show up in the Grammars guide section and thus should be a grammar like the resource it is tied to.
