Floating Windows

Have a setting to allow certain books or features to open in a new floating window automatically.

E.g., Factbook can open directly into a floating window and not into a tab. With it opening into a tab, I must go through the steps to open it in a floating window.

Intrusive behavior when selecting a verse
Do not expand Related Books when selecting a verse. If Logos Plus is not of interest, permit disabling the reminder.
