Why Logos Uses TTS instead of Speech? Control Panel is going away.

I am bilingual (Spanish and English) and I use Logos with both languages, but it is annoying that I have to open TTS (Screen Shot) from the Control Panel (Which is scheduled to be eliminated) and change the language from there.
Instead, why don't Logos use Speech?? Settings, Time & Languages, Speech? It is incredibly easy to use, and change languages, and also I have tons of voices. Logos in some features are stuck on old Windows behaviors.
Open Edge, Open anything to ready, press ctrl + shift + u, and listen how it reads, change languages, and go to another website etc. Why is Logos not taking advantage of such an amazing feature??
I would appreciate it if you guys start doing the move from TTS to Speech since the Control Panel will eventually be eliminated and I won't be able to use "Read Aloud" on Logos.
