RVI: Interlinear option for each Bible in "Multiple Books Display"

Multiple Books Display currently can show the reverse interlinear option for the primary Bible at the bottom of the pane. Please allow the option for each of the selected Bibles to show their own reverse interlinear at the bottom of the pane.
