Bible- Cross Reference Popup Not Showing Complete Text

A few years ago IIRC, we were supposed to have been given the ability to see the whole text of all the verses in a Bible cross reference pop-up window when hovering over the link.
However, this is not always the case. Example in the NASB Mark 11:20, the text of the cross reference for Matt. 21:19-22 is truncated. Also Mark 12:1(b) The pop-up text for Luke 20:9-19 is cut off at verse 12. There are many, many more examples throughout the NASB and other Bibles.
This also messes with the workflow focus because I have to click the link which opens the cross-reference in another panel.
