Increase and Decrease—Not Just "Set"—Scaling

TLDR = I'd like to see Logos add a way to incrementally "Decrease (or Increase) Program (or Content) Scaling" in stages of, say, 10%.
Logos currently allows the ability to *set* content and program scaling to different percentages (100%, 110%, 120% and so forth). You can do this in (1) the kabob menu, (2) Program Settings, or (3) the Command Bar. For instance, if you type, "Set Program Scaling to 140%" in the command bar, hit enter, it runs as a command.
I have these commands saved as Quick Links so I can run them as shortcuts (e.g., ⌘+1). However, if Logos added "Increase (or Decrease)" commands to the Desktop app, I could set a shortcut to increase and decrease the scaling incrementally with just two shortcuts instead being limited by the number of Quick Links.
Otherwise, instead of adding "Increase (Decrease) Scaling)" commands, it could be added some other means with the ability to assign a hotkey.
It would also be nice if, when you ran the command, a pop-up temporarily appeared showing you the new percentage of the scaling (see attachment for an example of this in Chrome).

This function could also be accomplished by:
(1) adding the increase and decrease functions to Program Setting options and allowing one to assign a hotkey to relevant items in Program Settings.
(2) Adding +/- buttons, as found in the Dynamic Toolbar, for content and program scaling in the kabob menu instead of just listing options, e.g., 80, 100, 150, 200% (see attachments).0
