Counseling Guide on Mobile

The counseling guide is an excellent resource for finding Scripture or articles to help someone in crisis, but it is not available on my phone. On more than one occasion, I've been called into a crisis away from my desk and wished I had a quick way to research the topic to help organize my thoughts.

I know guides are largely being de-emphasized in favor of the Factbook and that total guide parity might not be a priority but the counseling guide in particular offers unique functionality that is especially useful on the go. I would really like to see it added to the mobile apps.
