Highlights: Ability to create Highlight Favorites and Filter

Please add the option to mark highlights as favorites, having the favorite section on the top of the list. Very often, I use my own highlight palletes and it is always down below all official ones. It consumes a lot of time everytime I need to ass a new one.
Also, please implement a filter when making a highlight, so that one can use it typing the first letters of a highlight and easily find it!
