Adjust size of Table of Contents Text

Hello,
I'm frequently scrolling through my Aramaic lexicon's table of contents and would to be to adjust the size of the font so I can see the letters more clearly. Right now I have to use accessibility to scale the entire program, but that's not ideal for using other resources at the same time.

I agree, the font is tiny, relative to the rest of the lexical entries.0
