Improve Reading Cycle formatting

Please add indentation and links within reading cycles such as the Daf Yomi.

Note that for shared reading plans where one simply picks up reading on today's date such as the two year Church Fathers so you don't want catch-up features or changing of dates, the Reading Cycle is the appropriate format. While FL only provides one, I know of three others I would like to see in Logos.
