Necessary Pictures Missing

Hi there, on this site, critical images are missing. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410176589965-Customizing-the-Content-on-your-Virtual-Screen.
Not only that, but there is no troubleshooting offered on this site for possible missteps. I for one, do not have doubling slides, so my lower thirds are not matching regular slides. My email is jake.p.nolan@gmail.com if you could reach out thanks.
