Create Notebook/Personal Book Style "Personal Lexicon"

The availability of a user Lexicon in the Notebook section and in the Personal Books section would facilitate advanced word studies. This was a feature in BibleWorks.

    There was also a similar feature in Wordsearch and Quickverse before that in their "User books." I'm going to create a topic for a solution which would cover this and several of the other requests people have made in another post which I'll call "'user books,' 'Personal books,' and 'notes.'"
