Add Note to Resource Information Panel

We are able to add notes to a variety of places - for example, within a Bible word study tagged to a specific lemma.
It would be really nice to add a note tagged to a resource as a whole, which would show up on the resource information panel.
That way, as you are reading a commentary, you can note the things you liked and didn't like for future reference (in addition to having a simple 1-5 star rating).
