Announcements - 1 time creation

Please allow the calendar events we create as announcements to show up in Proclaim. It takes approximately 30 minutes to create an announcement in the calendar for our group. It then takes another 30 minutes to create the same information in Proclaim and send to sign feed. Creating it once would be awesome and extremely time saving. (It would be even better if it could go both ways....)
