Remove The Passion Translation from the Logos Library

Hi…long time user and love the Logos product family. I would respectfully request that for the sake of God's Word and what it means to humanity, that Logos remove any product based on the Passion Translation. I'm sure that you all know that it is not the Bible, is not a translation of manuscripts, and is, because of its human development by Brian Simmons, very appealing to 'itchy ears' and deceiving to all those who use it. I believe that most folks that use it don't realize the dangers and they are, in fact, not reading God's Word. Thank you for considering this 'new idea' and not perpetuating false teaching, witness, and proclamation. Blessings to all of you at Logos. Respectfully, Clark Seely

I would like too request the removal of The Passion translation from your app. After many hours of study Mike Winger has biblically proven that it is not a genuine translation and should not be used as one. It is dangerous and could lead people to stray or to sin. Please prayerfully consider this request. You can also watch Mike Wingers videos on youtube for more information.

LOGOS does not include the NWT New World from the Watch Tower as a bible, nor the LDS. Please re-evalute your decision to include The Passion Bible- it is heresy.

Disagree. Like other false teachings, it's needed for academic purposes.

From your Library, you can right-click on the resource while pressing CTRL and select "Hide This Book". It won't appear in searches, or in Logos anymore.
To echo what Jan said, many of us need it within Logos along with other source material we may not agree with for a variety of reasons.

I agree that it should not be deleted but I think it would be best to have it as a stand-alone resource and not included in any base package. Hiding the book once purchased is not adequate as somewhere this is seen as a metric of adoption and royalties are distributed.
