Reorder highlight pallets

I have created my own sets of highlight pallets and highlights that is better organized for me than the default pallets. Then Logos dumps them below the default pallets I don't use. This order is used in both the Highlights and Notes panels. While it's a minor bother in the highlights panel (just keep the default pallets closed), it becomes a major distraction when I have to scroll through every default highlight to reach my highlights in the Notes panel pull-down.
Please allow users to reorder the highlight pallets so the ones they use are at the top of both the Highlights panel and the highlights pull-down in the notes panel.
