adjustable sidebar in print/export window

It would be very useful to be able to adjust the sidebar width in the print/export window so that one can see what the contents are. It is difficult to know what sections should be selected when printing/exporting book contents for study because the heading is truncated.

    I must agree with this; it is basically unusable if you're looking to export something from TDOT/TDNT.
