pop up toolbar

I preferred when the pop-up toolbar when you double click was just a toolbar... but... since it's now a window is there any reason I need to scroll over to see all the icons, maybe they could wrap in the window, so they are all viewable at once. The one I use the most "favorites" always requires me to swipe to get to. another idea would allow us to reorder them or even allow the most frequently used ones to come up first. thanks :-)

@John Barber  Are you referring to the Tools menu in the main app toolbar? If this is what you're referring to, you can pin "Favorites" to the top of the Tools menu by right-clicking (or two finger clicking) on "Favorites" and clicking "Pin to top". 


If you are referencing a different menu, please provide a screenshot for more details. Thanks!
