Formatting: New CSB Footnote/Cross-reference Option

Provide options to display the CSB footnote, CSB cross-references, or both. Right now, the only option is to select "Footnote indicators," which have both (footnotes and cross-references). But, sometimes, I only want to see the CSB footnotes (like some of their print bibles, e.g., the CSB Single-Column Bible), not the cross-references. I would love an option to turn on CSB footnotes but turn off the CSB cross-references. Maybe provide new options to select Bible notes (i.e., footnotes) and cross-references.
