separate true suggestions from program corrections

There are two kinds of suggestions, if you mean by that simply changes. A suggestion is an idea for how to do something better. I have suggested things that I see as glitches that should have been corrected in Logos 4, but are still around. These need to be put in a different place in Logos. Like here, it appears simply as a suggestion and will get lost. So this should not be viewed as a suggesttion per se, but a correction for a problem Logos wasn't aware of.
