I have noticed the exact same problem/issue (microscopic text size in pop-up links/windows) in only the most recent update to the mobile app in May 2025. I have reached out to Logos Support and have been told that there's nothing that can be done at the moment. I was encouraged to do what I'm doing now by submitting my comment/request that the text size of the pop-up should match/mirror the text size of the document in future revisions of the app. I doubt anything will change, but I've been proven wrong many times before.
