Support multiple lectionaries in Homily Manager

People who use the Season of Creation lectionary generally use some version of the RCL lectionary for the rest of the year. People who use the Catholic lectionary may also use a lectionary specific to the religious order of the parish. People who use Sunday only lectionaries often have a corresponding weekday lection. Therefore, the ability to use multiple lectionaries is essential.
