Link Set Off For Some Bibles

I have several Bibles open at once in the same window using various tabs. I have them all set to "link set A". However, quite often the link set in various Bibles is a chapter or two off. For example, I'm in 2 Thess. 2:10 in the ESV, but when I move to the NET it's on 1 Timothy 1 and I always have to scroll. Is there a fix for this? I'm running the latest Logos 9 software on my MacBook Pro. Thanks!
