Hyper linked in almost every paragraph

Paul’s Message and Ministry in Covenant Perspective by Scott J. Hafemann .... is whacked out. There is something serious wrong with the entire book. Practically, the entire book is hyper-linked. Scroll through the book, in any chapter. You will find hyper links to scripture verses where it shouldn't be. It is impossible to underline or highlight. HELP!!
