Allow MIDI Signals On Pre-Service, Warm-Up, Service, and Post-Service Sections

It would be very helpful to allow MIDI signals to be triggered when Proclaim starts the Pre-Service, Warm-Up, Service, and Post-Service sections, and only trigger those signals once when slides are started in those areas. For example when I run the Pre-Service Loop for announcements, I trigger a MIDI signal on the first slide to setup my sound system. I have it set to only run on the first slide, but it triggers every time the loop starts over.
