Timeline Adjustments

I would like to customize the Timeline.
1) More "preview" slides and fewer "past" slides. In the timeline we want to see more of what is coming rather than has already been.
2) Streaming instead of Slides on the Timeline. In one of our services we do not use the Slides, but still put together a Streaming feed using Proclaim and the Timeline doesn't help us at all.
