We use the post-service loop for announcements after services. These announcements are generally the same week to week with minor updates. We usually have these announcements in a separate file, and copy them into post-service loop for each service. I suggest there be an option in the "add item" dropdown to link to another file. That way these announcements would be available to any file on our system, and we wouldn't need to be concerned that we have the latest data in an individual service file. It also would avoid the necessity to open multiple files and cut and past the data. This is a feature that is available in PowerPoint software.
