Want text Manipulation Abilities in Passage Guide

When using the Passage Guide (e.g. Ephesians 2:2) I would like to be able to not just put my cursor on a resource (e.e. commentary like the BKC) and have it a popup of the resource appear, but I would also like to be able to lock the popup on screen, select and copy text from it, and highlight selected text, without having to open the resource to do these things. It would be very helpful.
