Add Option to Vote on Fuzzy Results

When we do a fuzzy Bible search, it would be great if users could vote on results that they think are the most relevant to the search. Then the searches could prioritize the most highly rated results for that string.
I am envisioning a system like this website: https://www.openbible.info/topics/a_husband. Perhaps there could be a dropdown to choose whether to sort results by "most relevant" or "highest rated." I tend to find better results on openbible.info right now just because other people have run and voted on similar searches to help surface the texts I'm most likely to want.
It is hard to understand the order of verses in fuzzy results right now, so it takes a while to review.
