It is mind boggling to me that on an iPad, which many people use instead of a laptop, you cannot search the bookstore. I have to get out of the app and use a browser in order to search for a resource to purchase. Barriers to sales is not a good business model.

@Steve Pettit , there is a limited bookstore search available in the app. Apple has a maximum number of items you can add to your store, and performance decreases significantly the more you add. Apple also doesn't allow you to implement your own in-app purchasing (like we do on Android, where we show the full store). They're considering changing that for reader apps, which may mean we can bring the full store to the app later this year or early next. But for now we're blocked by Apple's limitations.
