Shortcuts: Ability to use personal shortcuts

I would like to use my own shortcuts for the different functions of LOGOS. Most shortcuts are derived from English and thus not so easy to remember for users of other languages. So it should be possible to assign custom shortcuts to a (long) list of functionalities.
Of course, it must be possible to see if the desired shortcut is already in use.
