Help: More intuitive reading aid

It is a bit tiresome to read a longer text on the desktop if it is not offered in a particularly structured way. A simple reading aid that highlights the line where the mouse arrow (or cursor) is located so that you can move through the text would be helpful here. Of course it must be possible to switch it on and off (three point button)
