In JI Packer's Keep in Step with the Spirit, a scriptural reference to Acts 19:2-6 is incorrectly linked to Luke 19:2-6. For your ease of reference, the specific section is quoted here: "...the only such abnormality, be it said, in the whole book, for the Ephesian “disciples” who had not received the Spirit (see 19:2–6), were, as it seems, not yet Christians when Paul met them, ..."
