Preaching Mode: Add ability to hide the header and footer

Create ability to hide or remove these. Or make them floating to disappear like in Pages. They take up several lines of readable space. Especially the footer when using portrait orientation.

Ability to click on words
While viewing AI Search Synopsis and Study Assistant results, I would like to be able to click on the words/ text from those results and utilize the Information Tool for word definitions, etc.
