Needed Enchancements

1. A side-scroll bar is need when using Factbook, similar to Topic Guide; it looks missing, but maybe this is because I'm using dark-mode.
2. The shortcuts inside Logos, to the right of the Search box (Passage or topic); the shortcuts all appear until there is an "overflow" and there appears double-down-arrows; as it stands now, I've forgotten the look of each shortcut icons, so I must put the mouse on each until I find which one I want.
Suggestion: show the double-down-arrows always so when clicked, a drop-down list box will show all title description of the icons.
Also, by having the double-down-arrows showing at all times, users can visually know how many icons can be added before overflow occurs.
