Set a default for the output option on alternative content displays

For every service we run, we use the 'duplicate' option on the alternative content display we have set up for our live stream. It would be great if we could choose this as the default for this screen (rather than 'blank') being set as the default.

    Marked as done as we now default all items to use Duplicate. In addition, the Default Media Settings pane has been expanded to support default media for other Screens.
