Bug problem section and login

Dea faithlife,
The problem is with the faithlife study Bible app that even if Password is right it asks every few seconds again for logging in. And no my password was definitely right because it show another message if it's wrong. Also it's not my internet connection.
It's not use able like that. Please fix that... And by thee way the section to tell you the problem is also not usable it open a share function... Because of this i used this section to tell improvements.
