Notes: Set icon and color preferences per notebook, as well as individual notes

In my attempt to organize notes, I have developed a system of colored icons for various notebooks. Devotions - the yellow dog-eared note, Illustrations - green paperclip, sermon outlines (or outline ideas) - purple cross, etc. Right now, however, I have to change the color and icon for each individual note. Since there are various shades of colors, it can become confusing. It would be nice to set the icon and color per notebook, so that when I set which notebook the note is in, the icon and color are set immediately.
