Update layout button

It would be very useful to have an “Update current layout” button instead of multiple clicks (which I often forget to do) or the two handed key combination.

@tomsevy You can make a shortcut on your toolbar. In the command box, type 'update active layout', then click the command text and drag it over to your shortcut bar. I changed the icon to an 'up arrow' to make it more intuitive that I was uploading my current layout when the toolbar is collapsed.
