Change Tool Focus by Clicking on Verses

Currently, the Insight Panel and Passage Explorer tool focus on the topmost verse in the currently selected Bible. This makes navigation clumsy because sometimes short verses are skipped when scrolling, and the topmost verse is often partially offscreen. Clicking a specific verse sets it as "Active." It would be great if tools could display information for the active verse instead of the topmost.
