Color Differentiation of Handout, Questions, and both

I would like to see 3 different colors for when a text section is for a handout (currently, blue), Questions (currently, green), and both (currently, green). I would be helpful to be able to see which text is a Question, and which is both (Handout and Question). Currently, I have to select the text to verify.

A possible color scheme would be blue for Handout (no change), yellow for Question (change), and green for both (no change).
