Sermon Builder Enhancement via Proclaim Integration

Unless/Until you have time to focus on both of these tools...
1) Focus presentation enhancements/improvements in your coding efforts for Proclaim.
2) Enable full-synchronization between these two.
3) That will make it possible for us to do all the richer editing one would expect of a presentation tool within Proclaim and save you the heavy lift of coding all that capability within Sermon Builder.
