Add linkage between BSL lemma and Factbook lemma

In order to encourage the use of underutilized tools, it is necessary to have links to remind us to use the tools. Lemmas in Factbook are currently underutilized. Making the lemmas in the BSL link to the Factbook would be a good first step.
