Now that you know the possible reasons for the app crash, let's see how to solve this problem.
Force Quit the App and Restart It. 
Update Your App. 
Kill Memory-Hogging Processes. 
Clear App Cache. 
Delete App Preference Cache. 
Uninstall and Reinstall the App. 
Restart Your Mac.

@Rachel Gomez  Hello Rachel, Logos is working great now! I did try most of those solutions, however the problem was that there was a bug or something in a reading plan I had going. I quite and restarted that reading plan and it all worked!
