Allow callback URLs to be used in notes

I sometimes like to refer to other documents on my laptop: perhaps in my note taking app or using HookMark to link to a specific file.
Unfortunately, I can't make the generated URL clickable within notes:
e.g., upnote://x-callback-url/openNote?noteId=1234456-2def-4d95-96dc-abcdefgh11
Logos only seems to recognise http: and https: urls.
Can this be expanded?
